We ship paperback copies of The Prize from New South Wales, Australia.
Where we ship
Within Australia. Orders are placed and paid for through our online book shop in the usual way. The book costs $35, including GST and standard delivery within Australia. Choose Express Post at checkout for an additional $4.99, bringing the total to $39.99.
Overseas. We are glad to send copies internationally, but international postage is not available at checkout because rates vary considerably by destination and weight. If you are outside Australia, please email contact@kimeanderson.com with the book you would like and your full delivery address, and we will reply with a quote for postage and a secure payment link.

We will confirm the total cost in Australian dollars before taking any payment. Nothing is charged until you accept the quote.
Delivery times vary by destination. Australia Post quotes 5–10 business days for International Standard parcels between metropolitan areas, excluding time in customs (Australia Post International Standard), and longer for many destinations. We will give you an estimate for your country with your quote. Express and courier options are available at additional cost.
Any customs duty, import tax, GST or handling charge levied by the destination country is payable by you and is not included in our quote. We cannot predict these charges and cannot reduce them by understating the value on the customs declaration.
We complete customs documentation accurately as required by law.
Our stock is limited, so please check with us before making firm plans around a gift or event date.
We are not able to send copies to New Zealand, where the book is distributed by our publisher. New Zealand readers should ask their local bookseller.
Price and delivery within Australia
Our prices include delivery anywhere in Australia and include GST. There is no separate postage charge added at checkout:

Delivery estimates are Australia Post's published speeds (Australia Post delivery speeds and coverage) and are estimates only, not guarantees. Deliveries to regional and remote areas may take longer.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment clearing. Orders placed on weekends or NSW public holidays are dispatched the next business day. If a delay is likely — for example, if I am travelling or stock is temporarily unavailable — I will email you with a revised timeframe and you may cancel for a full refund.
Tracking
All parcels are sent with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched, which you can follow at auspost.com.au.
Delivery address and unclaimed parcels
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once it has been lodged. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, we will contact you and can resend it once you have paid postage again.
If nobody is home, Australia Post will either leave the parcel in a safe place or leave a card so you can collect it from your local post office. Parcels not collected within Australia Post's holding period are returned to us.
Lost or damaged parcels
For international orders, please allow the full quoted delivery window before contacting us, as overseas transit times are less predictable. For Australian orders, if your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, or arrives damaged, email contact@kimeanderson.com with your order number and, for damage, a photograph. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery, so if a parcel is lost or damaged in transit we will replace it or refund you — see the Refunds and Returns Policy.
Signed copies
Signed copies are dispatched in the same timeframes. We do not take pre-orders or backorders: our stock is limited to the copies we hold, and once a title shows as sold out we will not be restocking it.
